TRIGGER SURVEY KIT A Trigger Survey Kit converts a portable Gas-Flame Ionisation Detector into a mobile system that can be quickly and easily installed into any vehicle to do surveying where a gas pipeline leak is suspected or has been reported. It gives both audio and visual indications so surveying investigation work can be done up to a recommended maximum speed of 30 km. per hour. The Gas-Tec will be a continuous tone when it registers a reading above the alarm threshold level which is normally set to 25 ppm. The Kit Includes: the Trigger Survey Unit to which the Gas-Tec is fitted, battery charger lead which plugs in to the vehicle cigarette lighter plug, 2 filter units to stop water and particules entering the system, a four inlet boom assembly which is fitted to the front of tghe vehicle, a pump to draw the sample gas from the boom to the Trigger and Gas-Tec unit and an output socket for a recorder or datalogger, a laptop and a data process box. Laptop (PC) indicates realtime concentration, maximum concentration and stable numeric data with continuous graph data.
			Software Main module is developed for detecting gas leak and reporting. When lap top is turned on, main module takes over control automaticly from operation system. User can end the program by a simple click on exit button and operation system takes over the screen. This menu terminates all operations then returns back to windows. Actions : - Survey : User starts survey operation by entering district data such as gas, vehicle speed, temprature and humidity. If any value exceeds the limits, system warns user with a sound indicator. - Administration: Administrator can define or remove any user, and monitor user logs. - Definitions: User can define gas, vehicle speed, temprature and humidity parameters. - Reports: User can obtain any kind of report related with the operation. Reports can be transferred to Excel.
